Troubleshoot missing tokens from an in-wallet swap by using the fallback option to reclaim your assets.

If you haven’t received your tokens after an in-wallet swap, follow these steps to reclaim them:

  1. Open Plug Wallet and go to the "Swap" section 🔄.
    ​

  2. Select the "Fallback" option ⚙️.
    ​

  3. Choose the swap provider linked to the failed transaction 🔍.
    ​

  4. Find the two tokens involved in the swap and click the down arrow ⤵️ to process the refund 💸.
